Josiah Polito, DPT – Physical Therapist
Josiah was raised in Monticello and attended Monticello High School. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Fitness Management with a minor in Biology from Wartburg College in 2007. After graduating, Josiah worked for a year as a rehabilitation technician at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa. He then completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Clarke University in 2011. Josiah has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in the past. Josiah is currently certified in Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (Astym) by Performance Dynamics for treatment of soft tissue injuries, Emergency Medical Response (EMR) certified through the American Red Cross, as well as certified in LSVT BIG for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders.
Josiah works in our Manchester clinic and lives in town with his wife Rachel and their daughters Avery and Hannah. When not working Josiah likes being outdoors; hiking, biking, camping and fly fishing.
