Alden grew up in Grayslake, Illinois, and graduated from Grayslake Central High School. He attended St. Olaf College in Minnesota and ran cross country and track and field at the NCAA Division III level before graduating in 2020. After graduating, Alden commissioned as an engineer officer in the US Army and was stationed in Grafenwoehr, Germany, from August 2021 to August 2024. Alden plans to attend physical therapy school in 2025. Outside of work, Alden enjoys camping, working out, reading, and researching cars that he never plans to buy. Alden looks forward to serving the patients and staff here at PTS.
